Our self-editing process, offers our customers a quick and easy way to personalize their digital purchase. We provide access to the editing process through an online editing tool called Corjl.
This tool allows our customers a convenient budget friendly way to utilize/send high quality custom invitations, party décor and more to celebrate their special moment.
Print or send out your download, within minutes of purchase. Corjl is user-friendly and does NOT require any special software, all "self-editing" items are customized within your browser.
Our customers absolutely love the ease and convenience of this "self-editing" process.
You will receive access to a professionally designed download, where you will be able to add your event details for a perfectly completed customized look.
"Self-editing" items that are accessed within the Corjl.com system, will have a limited number of downloads (3) and access to the editing process will expire after 30 days.
But, if you happen to run out of downloads or time, please contact us for a ONE time extension or additional upload.
Customized digital downloads will be sent within 24-48 hours after purchase.
SHIPPED ITEMS:
A proof will be sent within 24-48 hours after purchase. Once proof is approved, the order will be processed for shipping. Please allow 7 days for processing and an additional shipping 5-7 business days for shipping (2 weeks minimum).
Due to the nature of our products (custom or personalized items), we do not accept returns or exchanges. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order or if your order arrives damaged or defective.
CANCELLATIONS (digital items)
We will accept cancellations. But the purchased digital item MUST be cancelled prior to download.
CANCELLATIONS (shipped/physical items)
We can not accept cancellations on customized physical items.
